*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* Reminders If You Need and Sub

Instructors, the Emergency Phone and the Subbing Text Number are two DIFFERENT numbers!

If you need a sub during the weekend or after office hours please CALL the emergency phone. The emergency phone does NOT receive text messages.

Steps on How to Request a Sub for Your Class:

  1. Email the corporate office at

  2. Please include in your email the format, time, location, and dates.

  3. You will receive an email stating the corporate office has received your request and can view it on the sub tracker.

  4. Wait until you receive a confirmation from the corporate office as to if your class has been covered.

Please note:

  • If you do not get a confirmation of coverage, your class is not covered!

  • Sub requests given to the office within 6-12 hours of the class are not guaranteed to be covered. In this case you will need to help find your own sub or teach the class. (We do understand emergencies).

  • Two sub requests are permitted monthly unless vacation, illness, or emergency, or approved by your location coordinator.

Spring Recipe for your Sweet Tooth

Spring and Summer are in the air and so are the cravings for s'mores and ice cream! Therefore, it’s time to cue unhealthy splurging and vacations where are eyes are bigger than our stomachs. We

ll guess what? We want to help you out this summer with an awesome recipe we found on RXFitness Magazine.


Ingredients                                                                    TOPPING

1 banana                                                          1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced                  3 TB unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced

1/8 cup fresh pear, finely diced

1/8 cup fresh blueberries

1/8 cup fresh blackberries

1/4 tsp lemon juice

1 stevia packet (or your favorite sweetener)

1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt

1 stevia packet (or your favorite sweetener)

How to Prepare

1. Peel the banana and cut lengthwise into two halves. Place along the outside of a banana boat dish. Note: If you do not have a banana boat, a bowl or plate will do (it just won’t look as fancy!)

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and stevia and mix well. Put this mixture in between the two banana halves on the bottom of the banana boat.

3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, pineapple, pear, blueberries, blackberries, lemon juice, and stevia and mix well. Arrange this fruit on top of the yogurt in the banana boat.

4. Lastly, in a small mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and almond milk and mix well to form a syrup-like consistency for the drizzle. Note: If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk 1 tsp at a time until this consistency is reached. Drizzle over the top of the fruit to create that desired sundae syrup effect. Grab a spoon and dig in. Enjoy!


Per 1/2 banana boat (recipe serves 2): 175 calories, 16.5 grams protein, 26.5 grams carbohydrates (3 grams fiber), 0.5 grams fat
