Fit-Xcellent News Dec 16

MindBody University is now available at Team Tools on the website. This document will be live and updated as we all learn more about MindBody software. We learned a lot at our Open House and included all the new tips and tools here.
Remember when searching for us on MindBody to include the dash in Fit-X. And don't try to search for full region name.
MindBody schedules are up and beta testing has started. We will begin hard cut over for all schedules Janurary 1st.

You will begin receiving text messages from Fit-X. The number that you will receive these from is 858-707-7663. We will use these only for important updates or urgent subbing needs. For all other information we will continue to try to email only once a week with this Fit-Xcellent News.

Centralized Subbing System is starting January 1st. Look for more information in next weeks news regarding this.

Corporate Office Hours will be Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm with the exception of the below holiday closures.

December 23rd - 25th Closed for Holidays
December 31 - Jan 1 Closed for Holidays
For any scheduling emergencies requiring attention outside of open days and times please contact your coordinator and/or in San Diego call the emergency phone at 619-863-3489.
