February is Heart Health Month: Here are some great reasources

Super Bowl is this weekend, be ready with healthy options  

We want to know how you prefer to be contacted and about what information. We will make changes based off of this feedback, so please take a moment to answer these 4 fast questions.


Personal Trainer Potluck: February 22 at 1:00pm at Corporate Office

  • There are a few allergies: Gluten,, Blueberries, Avocados - Bringing items w these things is fine but please label your dish.

  • We will be providing tech skype in for anyone that can't physically be there but wants to attend.  


MindBody Top Questions this Week:

Group Fitness: What if I have a No Show? To ensure that our records are correct, we do ask that you email or text us if you have a no show for your class. You will still be paid as normal. Any other 0 attendance on a class will need to have information provided to us before you will be compensated.   

Personal Training: The rates changes? Yes, the new rates are listed below. Your grandfathered clients are welcome to stay on old pricing or you can transition them to the new pricing. Any new client needs to come in at the MindBody pricing and needs to pre-pay for their sessions or purchase them as they take place. If you do not see a pricing option on your account, please email Chenayle and she will add it to your appt availability.
