National Nutrition Month

31 days dedicated to what we put in our mouths. So, I hope we talk about what we CAN have and all the creative ways to prepare that healthful faire… and not talk about all the things we CAN’T or should not have. That just makes me want all the bad stuff even more. Here are some ideas. Think of healthy food as the food you GET to eat. Make it an adventure and travel the world with your taste buds experimenting with how different cultures prepare fruit and veggies. Map the healthy restaurants in your area and try a new one or two each week this month. Challenge yourself to actually eating 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day all 31 days and then reward yourself with a massage when you do it.
