The Village Fitness Challenge

March 9th - May 8th     Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays     5pm w/ Korey Seeba

This P90X3/T25 training workout out program will meet 3 times a week and consists of:

  • 12 - 25 minute cardio sessions
  • 12 - 30 minute resistance training sessions 
  • We will alternate weekly between cardio
    and resistance training. 
  • Body comp and measurements will be taken on day 1, day 20 and final day of program.
  • Cash prize awarded to the winner!

- Reserve and pay for your session conveniently here by March 5th, 2015

- Cancellations received after 24 hours preceding the session and no-shows will not be refunded.
- A Minimum of 4 participants is required for session to be held.   
- Limited to 10 participants maximum.
