Soft acrobatics for fitness with safe exercise habits in mind. Learn really cool partner techniques and stretches too. Even better if you have a workout buddy! No equipment needed, but please wear comfortable clothing that allows one to be mobile.
- Adults looking for new innovative ways to challenge their fitness.
- Those already training in Yoga, martial arts, etc looking to take their practice to the next level.
It is STRONGLY recommended that participants are not currently experiencing major pain and/or recovering from injury w/ ANKLES, KNEES, ELBOWS, or SHOULDERS. Lower back and wrists will be discussed in detail regardless.
- Reserve and pay for your session conveniently here by March 2nd, 2015
- Cancellations received after 24 hours preceding the session and no-shows will not be refunded.
- A Minimum of 4 participants is required for session to be held.
- Limited to 10 participants maximum.
